WELCOME TO WEST MIDLANDS JUNIOR DARTS ACADEMY
Helping to Develop the Future of the Sport
We offer juniors a fun start in darts for players under the age of 18.
The JDC structure allows people passionate about darts to get involved, helping juniors enjoy the game.
The West Midlands Junior Darts academy encourages players to have fun, learn and develop in a friendly, no pressure environment, with the full support of our academy coaches and mentors.
OUR SESSIONS
Our academy sessions are Sundays from 4:45pm to approx 7:30pm, and costs £5.

Each session consists of a routine approved by the JDC which aims to improve accuracy around the board. Scores from this routine are recorded and at the end of each 8 week 'season' your average score will determine your grading.

The second half of our session focuses on match practice, usually in the form of a knockout/round robin.
​
For those younger players who aren't able to throw at a full height, full distance board, we have a 'mini board' section of the academy where younger players can develop their skills and etiquette, before progressing on to the full size boards. Mini boards and full size boards are fully supervised by DBS checked, JDC accredited coaches and mentors throughout the session.
